Water on Dale Hollow Lake

Dale
Hollow Lake incurred a large amount of
water during the ‘flooding’ the first
weekend of May. The flood gates have
been opened at the dam and the water is
slowly going down.
Our headwall was raised over five feet to accommodate the
high water levels. The lower parking lot
(below the cabin road) was completely
covered as well as the additional
parking lot beside the dock.
Today we are beginning to see the guard rails on the parking
lot left of the dock and hopefully,
based upon the Corp reports, we should
be close to normal by Memorial Day.
